Shipped fast.
Every piece is printed and cut when you order it — nothing sits in a warehouse. Around 95% of orders leave the production floor within 48 hours, and most land on your doorstep in 3–5 business days.
Rates & timelines.
Timelines below are production + delivery combined. Exact production time is listed on each product page. Weekends and public holidays don't count as production days.
Live rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart. Carriers: FedEx, UPS, DHL, or TNT depending on destination.
Production
Everything is made in-house at our print facility. Most items dispatch within 24–48 hours of ordering. Cut & sew pieces take a little longer — check the product page.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Once the carrier picks it up, delivery address changes are no longer possible.
No PO boxes
Deliveries to US PO Box addresses aren't supported by our carriers. Please use a street address.
Customs & duties.
For most countries we ship with duties paid. If your destination isn't covered, local import taxes and administration fees may apply on arrival — these are set by your country and outside our control. Check your local customs policy if you're unsure.
Weather & strikes.
During bad weather or postal strikes we work across multiple carriers to keep things moving — sometimes upgrading to express at no extra cost. Delivery to a work address is a good backup if your area is affected.
