§ 01
Using this site
You can browse, shop, and share our site. You can't scrape it, resell our imagery, or use it to build a competing product.
§ 02
Accounts
If you make an account, you're responsible for what happens under it. Use a real password. If you think it's compromised, tell us.
§ 03
Orders & pricing
Prices are in USD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — obvious pricing errors, fraud attempts, or resale abuse.
§ 04
Intellectual property
Our name, logos, print artwork, and site design belong to Ape Outfitters. Don't reproduce them without written permission. Photos of you wearing our stuff are yours.
§ 05
User content
If you post reviews, tag us, or send us photos, you grant us permission to reshare on our site and social — always with credit.
§ 06
Warranty
We stand behind our products against defects for 60 days from delivery. Beyond that, wear and tear happens. Ordinary use is not a defect.
§ 07
Liability
Ape Outfitters is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our site or products. Our max liability is capped at what you paid us.
§ 08
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA. Disputes go to courts in Cullman County.

Changes
We can update these terms. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version. Last updated: July 2026.
